PrivacyTerms

Terms of Use

Effective November 5, 2026

General

These terms apply to Lessons Plus — the web workspace at lessonsp.com and the mobile apps for Android and iOS (together, the “Service”). The Service is provided by Alex Hrindii (“we”).

By signing in to the Service, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with them, do not use the Service.

What Lessons Plus is

Lessons Plus helps a private tutor keep track of students, the schedule, lesson marks, payments, packages and balances. The Service calculates amounts from the data you enter and is not an accounting, tax or legal service. You are responsible for recording your income and paying your taxes.

Your data

Everything you enter in your workspace belongs to you. We use this data only to run the Service — as described in the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for what you enter. By adding data about students and parents, you confirm that you have a lawful basis for it — for example, the consent of the student or, if they are a minor, of one of their parents — and that you store only what is needed for lessons.

What you may not do

Suspension and deletion of the account

If you materially breach these terms, we will write to you explaining the breach and give you 14 days to fix it. If the breach is not fixed, we may suspend the account. We suspend without notice only in the case of unlawful actions or a threat to the security of the Service or of other users. In every case we will tell you the reason; you can appeal the decision by writing to us.

You can stop using the Service at any time and delete your account with all its data: “Profile” → “Delete account” (confirmed via the account’s email) or by writing to lessonsp.support@gmail.com.

Availability of the Service

We work to keep the Service running reliably and make regular backups, but we do not guarantee that it will run without interruptions or errors. Syncing requires an internet connection; mobile data is the responsibility of your carrier. We may update, change or discontinue individual features; we will notify you at least 30 days before shutting down the Service entirely, so that you have time to take your data.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages — lost profits, loss of data or interruptions in operation. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us over the last 12 months; on the free plan, to the minimum established by law.

This limitation does not apply to harm to life and health, to fraud or to cases where the law does not allow liability to be limited. Nothing in these terms limits your consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law.

Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party services with their own terms: sign-in with Google (Google Terms) and, for the mobile apps, the App Store (Apple) and Google Play (Google Play).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the country where the provider of the Service is registered, unless the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country provide otherwise. We first try to resolve disputes by correspondence; if that fails, they are settled by a competent court.

Miscellaneous

If any provision turns out to be invalid, the remaining provisions stay in effect. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the Service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will let you know about material changes in advance — by email or in the app — and update the date at the top of the page. By continuing to use the Service after the changes take effect, you accept them. Previous versions are available on request.
